What this notice covers
This notice explains what information AMBITON collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
The project intake can collect your name, email, phone number, company, current website, project type, goals, budget range, timeline, project description, and referral source. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive regulated data.
Technical information
The inquiry endpoint processes limited request metadata, including a short-lived hashed network address, to reduce abuse. Hosting and server logs may also record standard request information according to the configured provider's practices.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your project, communicate with you, prepare a possible scope, protect the form from abuse, and maintain basic operational records. It is not used to create a project relationship by itself.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, email delivery, spam prevention, analytics, or other providers may process information when those services are configured. This section must be updated to name or accurately describe the providers actually used in production and any relevant international-transfer terms.
Retention and your choices
