Scope
These terms govern use of ambiton.io. Any project engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or client agreement.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and inquiry purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or misuse its content or forms.
Project inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, confidential, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Do not include trade secrets, credentials, or sensitive regulated information before an appropriate written agreement is in place.
Content and third-party links
Site text, visual identity, and original presentation are protected by applicable law. Project screenshots and linked third-party sites remain subject to their respective rights and terms. Links are provided for context and do not guarantee availability or endorsement.
Project agreements control
A signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement will define scope, fees, acceptance, warranties, ownership, licenses, support, confidentiality, and other project terms. Public website language does not replace that agreement.
